A word about PDF readers: they are all freeware, and the best of them is Adobe Reader which will be the obvious first choice for most people. However, if you've got an old version of Windows and/or a slow internet connection and/or computer, try Foxit Reader; it's small and fast, but doesn't render as nicely as Adobe Reader. If neither of these appeal for whatever reason, PDF-XChange Viewer is excellent with impressive rendering and a useful set of tools; GSView renders nicely if slowly.
