Made by IOHN IAMES of Broseley. He was working c1677 to 1697; this Type 5 tailed heel stamp dates to around 1680. See 'Tobacco Pipes of Broseley Shropshire' by D R Atkinson, Saffron Walden 1975, Page 38, Fig 3, No 21 and page 63.
